Prior to a huge layout rebuild in 2023, Philden Street Yard was a fictional HO scale layout set in industrial inner-Melbourne around the turn of the Millenium. Throughout lockdowns during the Pandemic, model train exhibitions were impossible to plan. So I produced a series of YouTube videos for this layout instead. Operations in 'The Yard' became the catalyst for my first scale railfan videos on YouTube. Look closely, and you'll see that the track plan and general structures on Philden Street Yard haven't changed between this layout and the next.
